Getting enough out of your staff?

Another key issue for any business owner or manager is what to do about unproductive staff?

There could be any of a thousand reasons for poor productivity including lack of motivation, poor training, job role uncertainty, ill health or other personal problems. If you cannot identify and remedy the problem you may need to consider retrenchment.
